For the past 20 years Derrick has been doing grading work for me. He has a great understanding of the engineering side of a build as well as a great rapport with local engineers when projects require them. He manages his schedule effectively so it doesn’t take months to arrive on site and is quick to respond when emergencies pop up. Additionally he plans well so once a job is started he maintains a consistent presence until the job is done.
